Cyber Security Engineer – Firewall & Network Security

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join our client’s team in Luxembourg. The role focuses on managing, configuring, and optimizing firewall solutions while supporting overall network security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco firewalls.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and ACLs.
• Monitor firewall performance and security events.
• Support incident response and day‑to‑day network security tasks.
• Perform firewall upgrades, patching, and regular rule reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco firewalls.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Relevant security or networking certifications are preferred.
