Customer Success & Onboarding Officer (NL & FR)

About the role

DOCTENA is a fast‑growing digital‑health startup helping patients book medical appointments online across several European countries. The Customer Success & Onboarding Officer will drive the adoption of the platform by guiding new clients through setup, training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new customers, including product configuration and training sessions.
• Monitor onboarding progress, resolve challenges, and coordinate with Sales, Support and Technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular follow‑ups, satisfaction check‑ins and win‑back initiatives.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve the product experience and encourage consistent usage.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong problem‑analysis, attention to detail and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
