Medical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

About the role

Join a renowned diagnostic laboratory in Luxembourg as a Medical Laboratory Technician, working in a modern, accredited and fast‑growing automated lab environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analyses in clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology and hemostasis diagnostics.
• Conduct calibrations, quality‑control procedures and plausibility checks of analytical results.
• Ensure technical validation of patient results within standardized workflows.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality‑management system.

Required profile

• Completed training as MTL, MTLA or an equivalent qualification.
• Authorization to practice in Luxembourg.
• Strong interest in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting analytical instruments in an accredited laboratory.
• Reliable, autonomous working style combined with strong team spirit.
• Good command of German and English; French is an asset.
