Customer Success Officer

About the role

LuxTrust is seeking a Customer Success Officer to ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes when using the company’s digital identity and trust services. The role acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, delivering training, support, and proactive guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and functional assistance for a portfolio of LuxTrust applications.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption of digital identity solutions.
• Resolve complaints, queries, and technical issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
• Track and follow up on internal tickets until successful resolution.
• Document incident and problem management processes and communicate reports to customers.
• Assist customers in configuring applications to meet specific business needs.
• Support regular maintenance and deployment of new application features.
• Proactively address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
