Customer Success Officer

About the role

LuxTrust is seeking a motivated Customer Success Officer to join its team in Capellen, Luxembourg. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the company, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes when using our digital identity, authentication, and electronic signature services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and training for a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on open tickets until resolution.
• Assist customers with onboarding, product adoption, and configuration of LuxTrust applications.
• Document incident and problem management processes and communicate reports to clients.
• Support regular maintenance and deployment of new application features.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple client issues simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience providing functional support for software applications.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to guide customers through onboarding, training, and product configuration.
