Customer Service Representative (6-month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pommerloch on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring partner satisfaction by managing orders and acting as a liaison between sales, supply chain and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders with high accuracy to guarantee fast delivery.
• Coordinate actions with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Provide warm, professional and tailored responses to all customer inquiries, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
• Support overall customer service activities to maintain a reliable service experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP for daily tasks.
• Fluent English; French language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured, organized and autonomous manner within a team.
