CSR & Quality of Work Life Officer

About the role

LuxTrust is seeking a motivated CSR & Quality of Work Life Officer to lead its QWL & Working Conditions initiatives and support the broader CSR strategy. Reporting to the CSR Manager, the role splits its focus equally between improving employee well‑being and integrating social, environmental and governance objectives across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Working Conditions (WC) programme for the LuxTrust Group using the PACT methodology (Proposal for Improvement of Working Conditions).
• Develop and implement QWL & WC actions that align with CSR goals and relevant Sustainable Development Goals (e.g., SDG 3, SDG 8, SDG 10).
• Contribute to the CSR roadmap, focusing on the social pillar (well‑being, inclusion, social dialogue) and supporting environmental, governance and responsible digital practices.
• Assist with supplier assessments based on social and environmental criteria.
• Support regulatory monitoring, internal ESG awareness, and integration of CSR considerations into business processes and whistle‑blowing mechanisms.

Required profile

• Dual expertise in Quality of Work Life/Working Conditions and Corporate Social Responsibility, with initial CSR knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate QWL findings into actionable CSR initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.
