Country Lead – Luxembourg Family Office

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a young, entrepreneurial family office at the start of its journey in Luxembourg. The Country Lead will shape the finance and operations functions, turning a visionary concept into a structured, scalable organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the finance and operations functions of the family office.
• Build robust financial, operational, and governance frameworks from the ground up.
• Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with external partners such as banks, auditors, legal advisors, and service providers.
• Develop processes, controls, and systems to support future growth and scalability.
• Produce management reporting and strategic insights for the principals.
• Lead operational projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a family office, investment holding company, private equity, asset management, or similar entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, structures, and teams in a growing organisation.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong finance and operational management expertise.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical, sustainable business processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
