Corporate Officer – Investment Funds & Corporate Governance

About the role

We are supporting a growing investment management platform in Luxembourg that seeks a Senior Corporate Officer to join its Legal & Corporate Governance team. This position offers the chance to own a diversified portfolio of investment structures while working in a collaborative environment that values autonomy, quality of work, and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the legal and corporate governance of investment vehicles from incorporation through liquidation.
• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, prepare corporate documentation, and ensure proper follow‑up of governance decisions.
• Handle regulatory and statutory formalities, including interactions with Luxembourg registers and external service providers.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, notaries, and internal stakeholders on a variety of corporate transactions.
• Maintain accurate legal records and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a Luxembourg PFS, AIFM, or Management Company.
• Ability to manage an own portfolio with a high level of autonomy.
• Practical knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance and investment‑fund structures.
• Fluent English (essential); French is a strong advantage.
• Organised, proactive, team‑oriented and hands‑on.
