Corporate & M&A Lawyer (4-6 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate & M&A Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in Luxembourg. The role offers exposure to high‑value, cross‑border transactions and the chance to work closely with senior partners and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international clients on complex corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
• Handle private‑equity and investment‑fund structures with multi‑jurisdictional components.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, ensuring technical excellence.
• Support client relationship management and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience in Corporate/M&A at a top‑tier international or offshore firm.
• Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or eligible for registration on List IV.
• Proven experience in high‑value, complex corporate and M&A deals.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Detail‑oriented, technically strong and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
