Corporate Lawyer – M&A, Private Equity & Capital Markets

About the role

Join DLA Piper’s Corporate Practice, working on cross‑border M&A, private equity, capital markets, restructuring and real‑estate transactions. You will advise a diverse client base on complex corporate matters and support deal execution from inception to post‑closing integration.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, draft and negotiate corporate agreements such as share purchase, joint‑venture and shareholders’ agreements.
• Lead due‑diligence processes and manage deal closings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to companies, founders, boards and executives on operational and strategic issues.
• Support corporate governance, capital‑market transactions and corporate reorganisations.
• Participate in business‑development initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law with admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European bar.
• 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in cross‑border corporate transactions.
• Proven track record of leading deals and negotiations in M&A, private equity or capital markets.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German language skills are a plus.
