Corporate Finance Trainee – Jan/Jul 2027 Intake

About the role

Join PwC’s Corporate Finance team as a trainee and support M&A, transaction services, due diligence and valuation projects. You will work alongside experienced advisors, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data to support M&A transactions, due diligence and valuation assignments.
• Transform complex datasets into structured insights for client decision‑making.
• Prepare analyses, reports, pitchbooks and presentation materials for buy‑side and sell‑side engagements.
• Collaborate with teams across M&A advisory, transaction services and valuation modelling.
• Interact with colleagues and clients from private equity, infrastructure and corporate sectors.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field from a business or engineering school.
• Previous internship experience in M&A, transaction services, valuation, corporate development or audit.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level).

Required skills

• Excel – proficient, independent use for financial analysis and modelling.
• PowerPoint – proficient, independent use for professional presentations.
