Corporate Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

Our client, a leading international infrastructure investor, is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will shape financial planning, analysis and funding strategies while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance corporate FP&A processes, including detailed financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting and long‑term planning.
• Produce insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity studies for board and shareholder reporting.
• Monitor business performance against budgets, analyse variances and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Support debt financing execution, including bank facilities, revolvers and private placements, and prepare lender presentations.
• Build models to optimise capital structure, leverage capacity, covenant compliance and refinancing options.
• Evaluate and refine the Group’s overall funding strategy to support growth and liquidity needs.
• Deliver analytical support for strategic initiatives such as capital planning and corporate finance matters.
• Assist the investment team with opportunity evaluation, transaction modelling and sensitivity analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, infrastructure or project finance.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of the alternative investments sector, particularly infrastructure, is preferred.
