Consultant / Senior Consultant Banking Business Transformation

About the role

Join a leading Banking Strategy & Operations team that helps top financial institutions navigate digital, AI, and regulatory change. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work on end‑to‑end transformation projects, turning strategic vision into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define strategic ambitions and build coherent initiative portfolios.
• Co‑create future operating models, distribution strategies, and product frameworks, and guide execution through structured workstreams.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, risk, technology, data & AI) to solve complex strategic and operational challenges, including GenAI and analytics use cases.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and diagnostics to uncover growth, cost‑optimization, and digitalization opportunities.
• Translate recommendations into detailed business requirements, user stories, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support national and international implementation programs, change management, and adoption of digital/AI solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops, design sprints, and steering committee sessions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience on banking strategy, reorganization, or transformation projects, preferably with exposure to AI or data‑driven initiatives.
• Consulting experience from a Big‑4 firm or a specialized financial‑services consultancy.
