Consultant – Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a proactive Consultant to join its Business Transformation & Operational Excellence team. You will work on client projects, helping organisations analyse their current state, design improved processes and implement sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the "as‑is" situation and define the target "to‑be" model.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, propose simplified processes and support their implementation.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist client teams during rollout, ensuring solutions are adopted and results are measurable.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Become a trusted resource for project teams and clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance).
• Fluent in English and French; additional German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Curious, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong desire to learn, improve and deliver results.
• Humility and a team‑first attitude.
• Passion for consulting and operational excellence.
