Compensation & Benefits Internship – Europe Multi‑Countries

About the role

Join Ferrero’s Reward team in Luxembourg as a Compensation & Benefits intern supporting multiple European countries. You will assist with data validation, reporting and pay‑transparency initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in how reward strategies influence people and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data checks for the annual salary review and Short‑Term Incentive (STI) campaign.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate results, trends and next steps to internal stakeholders.
• Support the year‑end salary review process, including system updates, STI calculations and employee communications.
• Maintain the job grading database to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Assist in analysing gender pay gaps and EU Equal Pay/Pay Transparency Directive data.
• Collaborate with HR Administration and HRIS teams to improve data quality and digital tools.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program or graduated within the last 12 months.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit valid until at least February 2027.
• Studies in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English.
