Client Services Operator – Insurance & Banking Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Operator to join our growing team in Luxembourg. The role supports insurance and banking clients with a range of operational activities, from onboarding and KYC checks to regulatory reporting and contract administration. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver high‑quality, compliant services.

Key responsibilities

• Support insurance and banking institutions in cash, tax, regulatory reporting, corporate actions, settlements, custody, finance and insurance contract administration.
• Conduct client onboarding, KYC documentation review, AML/CTF checks, name screening and remediation in line with Luxembourg regulations.
• Assist clients in daily operations and project work, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to deadlines.
• Develop expertise across different corporate cultures and operational environments.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in back‑office or middle‑office functions, preferably within life‑insurance or banking client servicing.
• Strong client orientation, high accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros).
• SQL for data management.
• Python for automation and analysis.
• Knowledge of AI concepts.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
