Client Service Executive

About the role

Join HSBC's private banking team in Luxembourg as a Client Service Executive. Reporting to the Desk Head, you will provide administrative and client‑service support to high‑net‑worth private clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant account‑opening process and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain commercial relationships with private clients and act as a primary point of contact.
• Source, verify, and transmit documentation to accelerate account opening and regularisation.
• Process client trade orders, monitor outstanding orders, and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee client transactions such as transfers, deposits, loans, and time‑maturity products.
• Provide back‑up support to Relationship Managers and fellow Client Service Executives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the banking sector, preferably private banking.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
