Project Manager – Corporate Trust Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Corporate Trust business stream within a major banking transformation program. The role focuses on the de‑commissioning of the Olympic event module and the migration of critical functionalities and data to new solutions, ensuring continuity of service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Trust business leads and central project teams.
• Organise and chair steering committees, define agendas and maintain an action log.
• Monitor milestones for the Corporate Trust stream, flag deviations and manage risks.
• Conduct As‑Is analysis of current Olympic module usage (flows, data, reports, interfaces).
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and validate de‑commissioning impacts.
• Define To‑Be processes and ensure alignment with central project standards.
• Audit, update and draft operational documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data archiving or migration in line with regulatory mandates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within banking operations or Corporate Trust.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
