Client Relationship Manager – Fund Administration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead our Fund Administration team. You will be the main liaison for a portfolio of fund clients, ensuring high‑quality service and seamless coordination between on‑site and off‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client account matters.
• Manage and develop a team of senior administrators, overseeing NAV reporting, capital calls, distributions and regulatory filings.
• Enhance fund administration and accounting processes by collaborating with the Technology team on automation initiatives.
• Review financial statements prepared under LUX GAAP and IFRS, and provide tailored analysis for clients.
• Assist clients with fund launches, liaise with external auditors, and file annual reports with eCDF/LBR and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Coordinate with banks, custodians, lawyers and agents, and act as authorized signatory for payments, transfers and foreign‑currency trades.
• Support staff retention, professional development and may act as director of client entities when required.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting, finance or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in fund administration within the alternative investment fund industry.
• Strong understanding of closed‑end fund structures.
• Excellent command of English; additional French or German is a plus.
• Ambitious attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
