Client Relationship Director – Fund Services

About the role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Director for our Fund Services division. The role will lead strategic engagement with fund administrators, depositaries and AIFM clients, ensuring strong senior‑level relationships and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own relationships with C‑suite decision makers and Board members of client organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationship account plans, including senior engagement strategies and long‑term trends.
• Manage ongoing client relationships to retain existing business and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional leads (Fund Administration, IS, Depositary, AIFM) to improve service levels, KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyse client profitability, enhance pricing models and lead proactive scope and pricing negotiations.
• Oversee complex client change‑request processes, coordinating internal delivery for commercially viable outcomes.
• Drive strategic product development and positioning of new services across Fund Services and other Ocorian lines.
• Own business development activities and achieve related targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior client relationship management within fund services or related financial sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse profitability and negotiate pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable interacting with C‑suite and board members.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive service improvements.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on client retention and growth.
