Client Manager - IT Solutions

About the role

As a Client Manager specialized in IT Solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts in Luxembourg, guiding clients through digital transformation and ensuring successful delivery of technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, nurture and grow a portfolio of Sogeti clients focused on IT solutions and services.
• Understand clients' challenges in cybersecurity, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, workplace solutions, data and AI.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Lead strategic account planning, conduct regular business reviews and align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, delivery, project managers and technical experts to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across the IT service portfolio.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs and KPIs and continuously improve the client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT services sales within the Luxembourg market.
• Strong understanding of local IT solutions (digital, testing, infrastructure cloud, security).
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with high emotional intelligence and strategic agility.
