Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution of the company vision, growth strategy, and operational excellence across all departments. This senior leadership position is based in Luxembourg and operates in a dynamic, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across IT, marketing, sales, HR, and finance to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define strategic direction, set performance objectives, and execute growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and business plans that improve productivity, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and capability building to strengthen leadership depth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to support expansion and continuity.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to partnership and expansion strategies.

Required profile

• Strong executive leadership experience in fast‑growing, marketing or digital‑focused organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in senior management or operational leadership roles, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital businesses.
• Proven ability to scale operations, develop strategic plans, and lead cross‑functional teams.
