Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Luxembourg‑regulated Bank

About the role

Satispay is building a European financial platform and needs a CFO to lead its Luxembourg‑regulated entity. You will own financial integrity, regulatory compliance and fiscal oversight while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver statutory accounts, regulatory filings and Group consolidation data in line with Lux GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage liquidity risk, client‑fund protection and treasury activities, including cash forecasting.
• Track capital benchmarks, detect market exposures and work with the CRO on risk oversight.
• Represent Satispay to regulators, tax authorities and external auditors, ensuring successful audits.
• Lead finance control, month‑end reporting, balance‑sheet integrity and performance reporting.
• Oversee finance operations such as reconciliations, AP/AR and month‑end close.
• Integrate local finance activities with Group CFO and finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior finance leadership in an EU financial hub, Luxembourg‑regulated payment institution, EMI or bank.
• Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD, CSSF requirements, Lux GAAP and IFRS, and fit‑and‑proper eligibility.
• Proven experience in treasury, capital and liquidity management, statutory reporting and audit coordination.
• Fluent English communication skills.
