Business Sales Manager - Managed Services - Technology

About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales and business growth across our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The role focuses on strategic hunting and farming, building long‑term relationships with executive and C‑suite decision‑makers in key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the sales strategy for Managed Services across government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy and large enterprise customers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and partner alliances.
• Engage and influence executive stakeholders with compelling business value propositions; expand existing accounts via cross‑sell and up‑sell.
• Translate customer needs into solution architectures covering Oracle Fusion, ITIL/ITSM service desk, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, AI/ML, enterprise applications, software and mobile development, and ManageEngine suite.
• Lead proposal, SoW and RFP preparation; negotiate complex commercial models and ensure margin governance.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Operations, HR and PMO to ensure smooth transition and service mobilisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within the GCC or international markets.
• Proven success selling Managed Services across multiple domains (Oracle, ITSM, Cloud, DevOps/SecOps, AI/ML, App Development, ManageEngine).
• Experience engaging senior leadership (CIO, CTO, procurement) and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs and managed‑service financial models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering; MBA or certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Security) are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
