About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales and business growth across our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The role focuses on building relationships with executive and C‑suite decision‑makers across key sectors such as government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy and large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for Managed Services in the Luxembourg market.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and partner alliances.
  • Drive structured deal qualification from lead generation to closure.
  • Engage and influence executive and C‑suite stakeholders with compelling business value propositions.
  • Expand existing accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, forecasting and growth planning.
  • Translate customer needs into solution architectures covering Oracle Fusion, ITIL/ITSM, Cloud, Network, Workplace Engineering, DevOps, SecOps, AI/ML, software and mobile development, and ManageEngine suite.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate complex commercial models and ensure margin governance and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Operations, HR and PMO to ensure smooth transition and service mobilisation.
  • Provide market intelligence to refine offerings and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within the GCC or international markets.
  • Proven success selling Managed Services across multiple domains (Oracle, ITSM, Cloud, DevOps/SecOps, AI/ML, App Development, ManageEngine).
  • Experience engaging senior leadership, CIOs, CTOs and procurement teams.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs and managed‑service financial models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering; MBA or relevant certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Security) are a plus.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
