Business Process Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join a leading banking client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on designing and implementing a new operating model, ensuring smooth transition and alignment across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and development of the target operating model, including gap analysis and detailed BPMN swimlane diagrams for manual processes and exception handling.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to guarantee successful adoption and understanding of the new operating model across worldwide stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth business analysis, facilitate workshops, and produce clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Identify, document, and escalate risks related to the operational transition while ensuring compliance with banking regulatory requirements.
• Act as the central coordination point between project, technical, and business teams to align various lines of business.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial services or banking with solid knowledge of end‑to‑end process mapping and data flows.
• Advanced expertise in BPMN and process modeling standards, including swimlane design and exception management.
• Proven track record supporting complex transformation programmes in global environments.
• Consulting mindset with excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is an asset.
