About the role
This role is a Business Development Manager focusing on the gaming and technology sectors, responsible for driving growth across the APAC region from a remote base in Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the APAC market.
- Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and technology clients.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to deliver innovative, commercially sound proposals.
- Optimize sales operations by improving CRM workflows and lead management using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean a strong advantage.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel as needed.
