Business Analyst, STEP Data and Analytics

About the role

Amazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to design and deliver robust reporting and analytics solutions for its European transportation network. You will enable data‑driven decisions across the Amazon Network by building intuitive tools and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and coordinate quantitative data to produce actionable reports and dashboards.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, identify core issues and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and implement policies, processes and programs that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain accurate operating metrics and performance indicators at scale.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data source providers and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, automation and timeliness.
• Manage complex priorities and guide teams during ambiguous or unexpected events.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from large data sets.
• Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable communicating with functional teams across regions and globally.
• Continuous learner who seeks new skills to better serve customers.
