Business Analyst – IT Solutions & Document Management

About the role

As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV you will analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that support the company’s financial and document-management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line support for Iris, Serapis and other lending applications.
• Describe As-Is and To-Be scenarios and co-author business requirements with subject-matter experts.
• Prepare document-management deliverables, draft user stories and test cases.
• Act as the interface between business experts, IT project managers, solution architects, data-governance office and developers.
• Assist developers and testers on functional aspects and execute business testing activities.
• Guide users on document-management processes and support change-management initiatives, including training material preparation.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a large (>500 employees) financial organisation.
• Knowledge of document-management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and EIB lending applications (Serapis, IRIS, GED).
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, BPMN, UML and conceptual data modelling.
• Experience in change-management processes and testing of IT applications in the financial sector.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and French (B2) is preferred.
