Business Analyst – Graduate Program

About the role

Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition team is seeking recent graduates to join the core consumer business as Business Analysts. In this role you will work across operational, finance, retail and technical teams, using data‑driven insights to improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities by collaborating with cross‑functional teams and developing robust business cases.
• Analyse large data sets from multiple sources using business intelligence tools.
• Measure the impact of initiatives and drive continuous improvement of inputs and outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduate within the last 12 months.
• Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
