Business Analyst – Graduate Position

About the role

Amazon is seeking ambitious graduates to join its core consumer business as Business Analysts. In this role you will work across operational, finance, retail and technical teams, gaining exposure to Amazon’s data‑driven decision making and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities by collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building robust business cases.
• Analyse large data sets using business intelligence tools and multiple data sources.
• Measure the impact of actions and continuously optimise business inputs and outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic insights into actionable results.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduate within the last 12 months.
• Studies in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate efficiently.
