Business Analyst – Finance & ERP Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead finance and procurement‑to‑pay transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing target operating models, shaping functional requirements, and guiding large‑scale ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and structure Target Operating Models, business processes, and functional requirements in complex organisations.
• Support ERP implementation programmes, including design, fit/gap analysis and solution assessment.
• Participate in ERP selection and system‑integrator procurement, preparing use cases and evaluation artefacts.
• Collaborate with business, IT, vendors and external partners to ensure alignment and traceability.
• Analyse and optimise budgeting, cost management and financial planning cycles.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, with a typical expectation of 15 + years for senior assignments.
• Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay processes, especially Accounts Payable and Payment.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and in defining operating models.
• Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders in structured, multi‑stakeholder environments.
