Business Analyst Consultant TA / Multifonds

About the role

TaleoConsulting is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant specialized in Transfer Agency (TA) and Multifonds to join its Luxembourg team. You will work on large‑scale fund projects, supporting both new launches and complex migrations while acting as the main client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fund, sub‑fund and share class launch projects and full fund migrations into the TA environment.
• Coordinate across internal teams (TA, FA, Custody, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions for new and existing clients.
• Review and assist with fund documentation such as prospectuses, articles of incorporation, and application forms.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing contact for fund onboarding and event management.
• Design and implement TA operating models to meet evolving client requirements.
• Set up and configure funds on TA platforms and oversee complex fund events (restructurings, name changes, liquidations, etc.).
• Train operations teams on new fund structures and processes.
• Support policy and procedure development, providing subject‑matter expertise in TA.
• Participate in high‑profile initiatives with senior management and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex TA projects, including fund launches and migrations.
• Familiarity with Multifonds (MFTA) and trailer‑fees/retrocessions processes is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of fund structures and domiciles (ELTIFs, RAIF‑SIF, UCITS, PE/RE, etc.).
• Strong communication and analytical abilities to liaise confidently with internal teams and external clients.
• Comfort with operational TA topics such as AML, registration, dealing, and cash processes.
• High‑level proficiency in interpreting and drafting legal/fund documentation.
• Deep understanding of the fund lifecycle and TA operations from setup to production deployment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with testing and system migrations.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a strong asset.
