Business Analyst Consultant – MiFID Reporting & Triple A

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to support MiFID, patrimonial and private banking reporting across its Luxembourg office. The role focuses on leveraging Triple A expertise to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant reporting for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and consolidate reporting flows across MiFID, patrimonial and private banking domains.
• Extract, structure and validate data from Triple A to support reporting accuracy.
• Perform data‑quality assessments, identify gaps and define remediation priorities.
• Review and rationalise existing interfaces, including COBOL‑based components.
• Evaluate and benchmark Triple A modules and alternative market tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define target architecture aligned with the 2027 roadmap.
• Translate business reporting requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services, preferably private banking or wealth management.
• Strong functional knowledge of Triple A reporting, data extraction and configuration.
• Good understanding of MiFID reporting obligations and private banking reporting frameworks.
• Technical aptitude to work with data layers, interface specifications and legacy systems.
