Boutique Assistant Internship – Luxury Retail

About the role
Join Cartier’s flagship boutique in Luxembourg as a Boutique Assistant Intern. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for while supporting the sales team in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, manage waiting times and provide information about the Maison.
- Assist Sales Associates during sales, including gift‑wrapping and discreet support tasks.
- Execute quick client services such as cordon changes.
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, supporting opening and closing set‑up and break‑down.
- Replenish floor supplies – shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer focus with a team‑spirit mindset.
- Passion for luxury goods and the Cartier brand.
