Bellstand/Door Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Bellstand/Door Attendant to welcome guests at our hotel in Luxembourg. The role involves greeting visitors, handling luggage, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
• Assist guests with vehicle loading/unloading and arrange transportation such as taxis or shuttle services.
• Maintain the bell desk, store and retrieve luggage, and ensure the area is tidy.
• Communicate parking procedures and handle telephone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Follow company policies, report safety issues, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good command of French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in Luxembourg.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move quickly throughout the shift.
