Banking & Finance Lawyer – International Law Firm

About the role

Our client, a well‑established international law firm with a strong Luxembourg presence, is expanding its Banking & Finance team. The firm seeks a qualified Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and work on high‑value cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of financing transactions, including corporate, acquisition and refinancing deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate banking and finance documentation such as loan agreements, security packages and intercreditor agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions on cross‑border transactions.
• Participate actively in the structuring, execution and closing of transactions.
• Work closely with partners and associates within a team‑focused setup.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Banking & Finance Lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of financing structures and related legal documentation.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while valuing teamwork.
• Motivation to grow within a fast‑expanding practice.
