Banking & Finance Lawyer – International Law Firm

About the role

Our client, a well‑established international law firm with a strong Luxembourg presence, is expanding its Banking & Finance team. The firm seeks a qualified lawyer to join a collaborative, partner‑driven environment and contribute to high‑value cross‑border financing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate, acquisition and refinancing transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security packages and intercreditor agreements.
• Coordinate cross‑border deals with teams in other jurisdictions.
• Participate in transaction structuring, execution and closing.
• Work closely with partners and associates in a team‑oriented setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of financing structures and related documentation.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while valuing teamwork.
• Long‑term motivation to grow within a expanding practice.
