About the role

As an Automotive Service Technician at Tesla in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Tesla vehicles using proprietary software and advanced diagnostic tools. Key responsibilities

• Perform routine service, repairs, and upgrades on all Tesla vehicle models.

• Ensure first‑time‑right repairs by conducting thorough inspections before vehicle return or delivery.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve service processes.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously develop technical expertise.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Relevant certification or qualification to perform vehicle repairs.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings, and willingness to travel when needed.
