Audit Senior - Insurance

About the role

Join the External Audit practice in Luxembourg and work with a dedicated team serving insurance clients. As an Audit Senior you will lead audit engagements, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and support the development of junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key sections of insurance audit engagements, guaranteeing timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate audit activities, coach junior team members, and review their work.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with insurance clients, fostering long‑term collaboration.
• Identify risk areas and focus audit procedures on the most impactful topics.
• Leverage technology and data‑analysis tools to improve audit approaches.
• Collaborate with senior staff on complex engagements, including fund audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, preferably in an international audit firm.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to structure complex information and prioritize risks.
• Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
