Associate Lawyer – Investment Funds (Luxembourg)

About the role

Our client, an internationally recognised tax and law firm, is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Investment Funds practice in Luxembourg. You will work with a team that structures funds across infrastructure, private equity, debt, and real estate, advising sponsors and investors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the structuring and formation of alternative asset class funds.
• Support the team on a broad range of investment transactions and financial services regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with an international client base and coordinate with local and foreign law firms.

Required profile

• Admitted to practice law in Luxembourg or registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
• 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience as an investment funds lawyer, preferably from a top‑tier Luxembourg law firm.
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to provide concise legal advice.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters concurrently.
• Excellent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
