Associate, Debt Finance (3-6 Years Experience)

About the role

Clifford Chance, one of the largest international law firms, is hiring an Associate in Luxembourg with 3 to 6 years of experience. The team advises on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, fund finance, asset finance, real estate and corporate lending, as well as complex restructurings and structured financing arrangements, acting for banks, financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds and direct lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Work on leveraged and acquisition finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers
• Handle fund finance matters
• Contribute to restructuring and insolvency work
• Support real estate and asset finance cases
• Take part in structured finance matters

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, finance and capital markets, ideally within a large international law firm
• Degree in law; a specialised Master's degree (LL.M) is an asset
• Admitted to the Luxembourg bar
• Fluent in English; French, German or Luxembourgish is an asset
• Commitment, team spirit and communication skills
