AI-Powered Fullstack Engineer

About the role

You will deliver high‑impact digital and AI‑driven solutions for clients across various industries, helping organisations transform applications and processes with modern technologies such as Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Java (Spring) and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Contribute to client projects from analysis through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders in agile environments.
• Deliver GenAI use cases (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, automation) and integrate LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, APIs, open‑source models).
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines adapted to client data environments.
• Advise clients on AI adoption, architecture, and best practices.
• Participate in pre‑sales and innovation initiatives such as POCs, demos, and MVPs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI trends and bring innovative ideas to clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven full‑stack development experience with Java and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring) and solid experience with Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Good knowledge of APIs, micro‑services and cloud environments.
• Experience or strong interest in LLMs, Generative AI and AI integration (Azure OpenAI, APIs).
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines is a plus.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Problem‑solving mindset, autonomy, teamwork and adaptability.
