Accountant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions to SMEs across APAC and Europe. As an Accountant you will keep the day‑to‑day finance operations running smoothly and ensure accurate recording of loan and expense transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounts inbox and forward priority items to the Senior Accountant.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure loan transactions are recorded correctly.
• Process supplier invoices, verify details, maintain supplier records and issue remittance advices.
• Reconcile company credit‑card transactions and prepare staff expense reimbursements.
• Assist with commission pay runs and update payment status in Orgmeter.
• Support monthly P&L preparation, balance‑sheet and control‑account reconciliations, and help resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Experience with Luxembourg accounting standards.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English and German.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Experience with loan transactions or high‑volume environments is advantageous.
