Accountant – Corporate Services (Hybrid, Permanent)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Accountant to join our Corporate Services team on a hybrid basis. Reporting to a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Luxembourg holding, financing, IP, real‑estate and private‑equity entities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and delivering high‑quality client service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in setting up and administering Luxembourg holding, financing, IP, real‑estate and private‑equity structures.
- Maintain company books, prepare periodic reports and statutory financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support the preparation of income tax and VAT returns.
- Track cash movements, budgets and process invoice approvals and payments.
- Interact with Luxembourg tax authorities and external tax advisers.
- Handle day‑to‑day banking tasks, including invoice payments, bank account opening/closing and related documentation.
- Provide coaching to junior team members and uphold JTC core values.
Required profile
- Holder of a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Relevant experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and organisational abilities.
- Team‑player with autonomy and rigor.
