Accountant – Corporate Services (Hybrid, Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Accountant to join our Corporate Services team on a hybrid basis. Reporting to a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Luxembourg holding, financing, IP, real‑estate and private‑equity entities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in setting up and administering Luxembourg holding, financing, IP, real‑estate and private‑equity structures.
• Maintain company books, prepare periodic reports and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support the preparation of income tax and VAT returns.
• Track cash movements, budgets and process invoice approvals and payments.
• Interact with Luxembourg tax authorities and external tax advisers.
• Handle day‑to‑day banking tasks, including invoice payments, bank account opening/closing and related documentation.
• Provide coaching to junior team members and uphold JTC core values.

Required profile

• Holder of a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Relevant experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and organisational abilities.
• Team‑player with autonomy and rigor.
