About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager – Sales to join our Luxembourg office and work closely with our teams across Europe and the UK. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new markets, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales contracts in the high‑value zinc alloy sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up on the execution of contracts and supervise logistical operations.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and collaborate across group subsidiaries.
  • Travel regularly to existing and potential customers to develop new markets.
  • Report KPIs to management and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor LME and currency‑hedging files, ensuring correct correspondence with sales confirmations.
  • Double‑check and sign sales confirmations in ERP Navision.
  • Execute LME price‑fixations and average calculations according to contractual formulas.
  • Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure sales comply with company policy.

Required profile

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in at least two of English, German and French (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, service‑oriented and a strong team player.
  • Valid driving licence.

Required skills

  • Experience with LME (London Metal Exchange) operations.
  • Knowledge of metal pricing and currency exchange/conversion.
  • Proficiency in ERP Navision.
  • Sales forecasting and credit monitoring capabilities.
