About the role
REAZN Group is seeking a dynamic Account Manager – Sales to join its Luxembourg office. You will work closely with teams across Europe and the UK, managing existing customer relationships and driving new business in the high‑quality zinc alloy market.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on contract execution and ensure accurate sales confirmations in ERP Navision.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and collaborate with group subsidiaries.
- Travel regularly to existing and potential customers to develop new markets.
- Report KPIs to management and monitor LME and currency‑hedging files.
- Supervise logistical operations and verify sales documentation.
- Execute LME price‑fixations, average calculations and monitor credit exposure.
- Maintain sales forecasts and ensure orderly contract execution.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in at least two of English, German and French (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Service‑mindset and strong team player.
- Experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Must have experience with LME and metal pricing, as well as currency exchange concepts.
- Valid driving licence.
