Account Manager – Dental Implant Solutions (East Flanders/Antwerp)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who specializes in dental implant workflows and supports the complete patient journey. The ideal candidate combines a strong sales drive with a forward‑thinking digital mindset, guiding customers from patient acceptance through data capture, surgery, and final prosthetic delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow business relationships with existing and prospective dental practices, hospitals, laboratories and related customers in the assigned territory.
• Manage the end‑to‑end digital workflow, ensuring smooth coordination from patient acceptance and diagnostic data capture to surgery and prosthetic delivery.
• Educate dental professionals on the clinical benefits and applications of Straumann’s implant products and digital solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships to secure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, technical and marketing teams to deliver seamless service.
• Analyse market potential, prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, and represent the company at trade shows and conventions.
• Use CRM and prospecting tools to track interactions, resolve issues promptly and optimise sales planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dental sales or a related healthcare field.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and meet or exceed sales targets.
